“Matt Silvers provided me with a new idea on how to continue my weight-loss/health journey. HIIT seems to push people to new limits and Dr. Silvers was incredibly knowledgeable and interesting! Iwill try out HIIT and work on utilizing my metabolic and lactic timebombs.”
